Before, and the week

What the week looked like.

A regional manufacturer. They are not named here. The week is the one we already publish on the manufacturing page: quote, order, and service lost between systems.

Makers lose the order between CPQ, ERP, and a service queue. A previous integration can drop failures. Service cannot see what shipped.

We implement Manufacturing Cloud or Sales and Service around that desk. Integrations write back with an owner. We will not invent a logistics or conversion percentage.

What we will stand behind is the process: the quote the plant will accept, the asset service can see, and errors that surface. There is no published dollar figure for this work.

What changed

What we will stand behind.

  1. 01The quote matches what ERP will accept.Manufacturing
  2. 02Installed-base service sees the same asset the plant sees.Manufacturing
  3. 03A failed integration is visible instead of silent.Manufacturing

The honest no

When we are the wrong partner.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.

Ours looks like this

We work in manufacturing and logistics and right now, leads go cold before anyone replies.

Industry
Problem

Brief: Manufacturing. Quote, order and service split across systems. An agent on a named process. A reviewer on the exceptions.
