Move, then harden

Cloud migration. Move first, then harden.

Move the org or the systems around it without inventing an uptime number. We assess, cut over in phases, and stay through hypercare. The first week is in the org, reading what already exists.

The honest no

When we are the wrong partner.

The honest no: if the work is a software factory with a named delivery date, we are the wrong partner.

Answers

What we actually say.

The same questions, answered without a brochure.

Can you migrate to the cloud with zero downtime?
Phased cutover, parallel runs, and a rollback plan. Near-zero downtime is possible when the inventory supports it.
Which cloud platforms do you support?
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid. The platform follows compliance and the process, not a preference slide.
How do you handle cost after the move?
We right-size, retire what no longer earns a seat, and give you the runbook. We will not publish a savings percentage before we have seen the inventory.
